Megalis (Generic Tadalafil) is used for the treatment of erectile
dysfunction (impotence). During sexual stimulation, Megalis (Generic Tadalafil) enables the penis
to fill with enough blood to cause an erection. It is
blocking an enzyme called phosphodiesterase-5 (PDE-5). This helps
